SECURE YOUR DATE.
Once you've accepted our quote, you'll want to lock down your date! We can only book one event per day per mobile bar, so in order to secure us for your event you'll need to sign our booking agreement and pay the 50% deposit. This ensures we are all yours on the day you need us!
MENU PLANNING & TASTINGS.
From craft cocktails to wine, from beer to non-alcoholic drinks - we can serve it all! If you already know what beverages you'd like to offer, then you can just let us know. However, if you'd like some help planning out the perfect menu, that's what we're here for! We can start planning your menu immediately (we know you're excited, we are too!) or we can wait until we are 60 days out from your event. At 30 days, we will order kegs and solidify drink selections. This should give you plenty of time to decide, change your mind and decide again! Don't worry, we handle pick-up of the alcohol so you don't have to think about this either.
If you choose a package that incorporates cocktails of some sort, this will include a mock-tasting to make sure your cocktails are made exactly how you like them. This should only take about an hour of your time, and you'll leave feeling confident in your cocktails (and maybe a little boozy)! We like to schedule this around 60 days out as well.
Now it's time to sit back, relax and enjoy your party! It's our job to make your booze experience unlike any other, and it's your job to enjoy your celebration. By hand picking our staff and prioritizing the details, we will take your event from ordinary to extraordinary. We can't wait to exceed your expectations and celebrate with you! CHEERS!
