The Vintage Brew is a mobile bartending service. This means we come to you with everything you need for the perfect bar experience (except the alcohol of course)! We supply everything from plasticware/glassware, straws, napkins, TABC certified bartenders, mixers, garnishes and water. Oh, and don't forget "Iris" or "Bozza" one of our vintage mobile bars!
Unfortunately, the state of Texas requires a brick and mortar establishment to obtain a liquor license to sell alcohol. As a mobile bar, this disqualifies us to obtain a liquor license. This means you are required to purchase the booze for your event. However, we are allowed to mix and serve the drinks!
Actually, no! We can also serve your favorite cocktails, cold brew, punch or even sparkling water from our taps. If you’re unsure if your beverage of choice can go on tap - reach out to one of our Vintage Brew members and they can help you out.
We work very closely with all of our clients to plan the perfect drink menu for your event. This includes giving you a detailed shopping list of all the alcohol you will need to buy. We can even connect you with one of our preferred alcohol vendors or you can choose to order from a vendor of your choosing. Good news: you will only be paying retail prices for the alcohol with no additional markup!

Here at The Vintage Brew we love to travel all over Texas! Any event located outside of 25 miles from downtown Houston will be an additional charge added to your quote.
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit and signed contract upon booking your event. This secures your spot on our calendar! The remaining amount is due no later than 7 days prior to your event. Payment is accepted via check or Zelle.
Unfortunately, due to our advance booking model and ability to only book one event per day, any cancellation within 30 days of the event will be charged a $100 cancellation fee. However, if cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to the event, any money paid to The Vintage Brew, minus the initial non-refundable deposit, will be refunded.
We do not allow cancellations due to the event of rain on the day of your event. We will happily work with you to find a tent that will provide adequate coverage for your bar area!
Yes! We are happy to work with you to create custom mocktails for your event! We can also serve your favorite sodas, coffee or tea.
Any package that includes a signature cocktail/mocktail includes a cocktail tasting prior to your event. This helps us ensure that you are happy with your cocktails on the day of your event, since we can make any modifications we need to beforehand!
Our mobile bar is 14 feet long, 6 feet wide and 7 feet tall. We keep "Iris" safe by towing her inside an enclosed trailer. We require space to park the trailer after we drop Iris off at her destination.
Additionally, we require flat ground with clear access to your guests for bar service. A space of at least 16 ft long, 12 feet wide and 8 feet tall is required for us to operate effectively!
Yes, we carry both general liability and liquor liability insurance to cover unforeseen events.
Additionally, all of our bartenders are TABC certified.
